Provider scheduling

When I began work on this project, the company had already decided we were going to ship a provider booking tool that year, and had decided to use a solution from an existing vendor. My initial research was to find out how members would describe the tool in its current form. This helped us frame how the tool worked and how to set expectations properly. I then looked for ways to optimize the flow for mobile, since the solution we were adapting was originally designed for desktop. In testing we learned when we showed times the provider was available first, it gave participants confidence there was availability.
